Daniel Kolacia is the founder of CleanCARecord.com. Daniel was a former prosecutor and Deputy District Attorney practicing all over the United States. He has been a practicing attorney in Criminal Law for the past 15 years. He has done criminal expungements all over California and will use this experience to help you. He knows what the court needs and wants to make your expungement process go smoothly.
Daniel has seen first hand how a mark on your criminal history can have an impact in future job prospects or career prospects. A mark on your criminal record can mean you won’t get that occupational license you have worked for years to obtain.
His passion is to help others clean their criminal record. His goal is to clean over 1 million persons criminal history.
Daniel earned his Bachelors Degree in Political Science at Iowa State University. He obtained his law degree at Southwestern University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in California, Iowa and the Central District of California District Court.
